Nena Groskind,

side, she currently writes a popular real estate question and answer
column that has appeared weekly in the Boston Globe for two
decades. Formerly editor of the Banker & Tradesman, a weekly
trade paper covering real estate and banking in
Massachusetts,
Nena also
is editor of the CRA/Fair Lending Bulletin. She has written
or collaborated on several books, including Bob Vila’s Guide to
Buying Your
Dream House and The Community Reinvestment Act,
co-written with Jerry Groskind.
Jerry Groskind, vice president
eContentplus, is an attorney
by
training and a publisher by
 trade, most recently as the executive
responsible for content development and maintenance at Sheshunoff
Information Services, the premier publisher for the financial
services sector. An author as well as a publisher, Jerry has
written web content, newsletters, consumer-oriented articles, and
legal articles, as well as books for consumer,
business, legal,
government, and financial audiences.
In addition,
